Klara holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and has spent her career championing birth equity and maternal well-being. She has supervised the Doctors Without Borders Midwifery Program, served as Public Health Chair of the NAACP Baltimore City Branch, and is a sought-after speaker and contributor in women’s health, both locally and on the global stage.

Growing up in a family where women were the strong pillars of our community, I learned early on just how vital a woman’s role is—both within the home and in society. That understanding shaped my deep interest in supporting women, listening to their stories, understanding their needs, and assisting them in making empowered choices. -Klara Annibal, MW, MPH, in Voyage Baltimore

As a mother of two, Klara understands firsthand the challenges new families face. Through Let Mommy Sleep Baltimore, she leads a nationally recognized team of licensed nurses and certified postpartum doulas who provide in-home overnight care, ensuring that families receive the physical rest, emotional support, and expert guidance they need during the critical postpartum period.
