Update April 24, 2023 - In late 2021, Boise was our newest franchisee and we said, Welcome Boise, Idaho! But now owner Heidi and her team of newborn care providers and nurses have been helping families for almost 2 years! We love supporting new markets and families!
In May 2023, LMS Idaho has partnered with local radio station my102.7 to bring a free night of sleep to new parents in the Boise, Nampa and Meridian areas. Click the image to enter by May 31. Because every day is Mother's Day!
As an emerging franchise market for Let Mommy Sleep, there is no better owner than 31 year resident and veteran health care worker Heidi Christianson! As overnight newborn care is somewhat of a new concept in this area, Heidi's opening and ongoing marketing is mainly a grassroots effort. Flyers, networking with other local family-centered businesses and good, old-fashioned meeting folks in-person has helped LMS Idaho grow.
With regular contributions to the print and online versions of Idaho Family Magazine, Heidi keeps in touch with local parents, caregivers and other family-centered businesses. Immersion in the community helps service businesses grow and refine practices by receiving feedback and providing care.

Hi, I am Heidi and I am so excited to bring Let Mommy Sleep to Idaho! I am looking
forward to this new journey for myself and my family. Jeff, my husband and best friend of 31 years and I have been in Boise since 1992 and love it. We have recently become empty-nesters as both of our children have "grown and flown". John (26) and Sara (24) both live and work here in Boise and we get together for family dinners and activities so we still stay connected.
I did my schooling in Gresham, OR and medical training in Portland at OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital. My father was an OB-GYN and many of my extended family are also in medicine so becoming a respiratory therapist just felt right on so many different levels. My love for children and their families continued to grow and I began to lean more toward advocacy, education, and preventive health. It is a passion that just lights me up and finding LMS is a true gift!
I've spent time in many different areas of respiratory care here in Boise, but my favorite has been caring for children and their families. (I even spent some time in sleep medicine!) My family and I are active in our community and are part of a large fun, supportive, and engaging group of people. I know that Let Mommy Sleep will be welcomed here with open arms, because we offer something so special and unique for the families that are growing and need that extra support.
